Indeed. Featured in 1974. Took 4 years to build it. "The body was constructed using a variety of materials, from sheet steel and duralumin to plywood and wood covered with epoxy resin fabric. The engine, from an M-72 motorcycle, is mounted in the rear; the trunk is in the front. The car has two seats and a top speed of 80 km/h."
