Dux? (there are many other possibilities, though wire wheels and few if any hood vents narrow it down a bit.)

Two pictures I took of this very car at the Museum für Verkehr und Technik (by now Deutsches Technikmuseum) in Berlin some 38 (!) years ago. The puzzle picture was taken there, too.
