No Topolino and, as far as I know, no connection to Figini either.

Edit:The Fiat 700 heralded a completely new, economical model series. Designed by Dante Giacosa, it was the first Fiat with a self-supporting body. Development began in 1939 but had to be halted in the same year. The idea of a self-supporting body was finally realised in 1950 in the Fiat 1400. The prototype of the Fiat 700 is now on display at the Centro Storico Fiat.

Bravo indeed, mekubb!  I even looked at the Centro Storico Fiat but it never occurred to me to look for a prototype.
