The usual standard questions, nothing else... ;)
So: vehicle manufacturer, model, coachbuilder and year of manufacture.
Which expert has an idea?
American?
No.
German?
Austrian?
German, not Austrian.
Up.
Up to the Masters.
D-Wagen?
No.
Obscure brand?
In no way whatsoever.
AGA Typ C?
AGA 6/20ps coachbuilder Lindner
That's right, it's an AGA Type C 6/20 PS, but the bodywork is not from Lindner.
Schebera?
No.
Papler?
No.
Rembrandt?
No.
Karmann?
Berlin-based coachbuilder?
Quote from: pnegyesi on March 04, 2026, 02:47:51 AMBerlin-based coachbuilder?
No, because

is correct.
Now all that's missing is the year of manufacture. fromwien has three attempts to guess it,
locked.
1921?
No.
Of course, 1921 was a very stupid answer: Karmann started mass-production of the AGA 6/20 PS Limousine from 1922 onwards. As they built up to more than 1.000 different AGA-units, it's quite hard to find the exact date of the puzzle car. Next trial: 1924?
You're on the right track, but not far enough yet...
1925?
Yes, it is a four-door 6/20 from 1925. I am enclosing a design drawing of the vehicle.
A year later, AGA went bankrupt. A few more vehicles were probably manufactured until 1929, but then it was finally over.
Enclosed is a picture of an interesting two-tone two-door model from 1924.
Thank you for the point
Obviously the 2-door body version, you've posted, has been called "Amsterdam" (see attachment)
