I know there isn't much left visible on the car, but not hiding it would give away the answer.  Please, identify this car, which kind on formula is it and when

French Formula Vee?

BERTRAND

Formula Vee, sure.
From France, I think yes but not 100% sure

fromwien

I think, it's a one-off. Is it named after its builder?

Has it been converted to autocross/gymkhana racing, or is it a Formula Vee competing with the body work removed?

Bertrand was last active today, so just keep patient.  ;)

Oh, great to hear that. Thought 'BERTRAND' lost interest in 'AutoPuzzles' completely. Thanks 'Wendax'

I'm here, I'm still keeping an eye on you, Fromwien, I haven't forgotten you. One of my latest puzzles is now in the Solved category. I found some cars I never posted, so I'll be back in the near or more distant future.

fromwien

Great news! Feel happy to see you at AutoPuzzles soon (or later) again :)

I am only missing the additional point.. ;)
