Yes, but I don't know the coachbuilder, just the town where the conversion was done.

The original was a 1928 convertible. In 1933, it was owned by Miloš D. Zelenka, the proprietor of a Prague fashion salon. He had it converted into a coupé by a coachbuilder in Jihlava. Presumably for his wife, as she is the lady in the puzzle photo.
