In my opinion, it's a Steyr. Identifying the model is a bit trickier: the tractor looks like a 270. But that was only built in 1945–46, and the semi-trailer looks too new for that... The 370/380 had side cooling vents on the bonnet, which are missing here. I've no idea who the trailer manufacturer is yet, so happy hunting.

So far, so good. It is a Steyr 270. Locked for three attempts at the coachbuilder.

It's probably a bit too simple, but I'd guess it's a pre-war Kässbohrer semi-trailer.

Not too simple but correct. The trailer was done by Kässbohrer.
