Fellow Autopuzzlers, for a point please tell me who built this vehicle, powered by what, and the approximate year. As a bonus, I will throw in a hint: it's not a Jaguar!  ;D

The car was not built in Germany, but I know that it has elements from a German moped, and I imagine the wheels are probably among them.

Car with Zündapp engine built by Dimitri and Iwan Göbel (founders of Burton) when they were 7 and 9.

That's right! This was the Göbel brothers first work, made as you said when they were just children, i.e. around 1975 or 76. Point for you.
