Bristol 406 by Zagato, 1960.
Indeed, though l believe this particular one dates from 1961. There was a confusing number of them, each with slight differences!

Well, this is the Bristol 406 Zagato built on the short (102") weelbase chassis, 406/S/P2. Only one built, originally silver, but now red with black air intake. Reg 3VPH.
The "normal" (common!) Bristol 406 Zagato were made in six slightly different copies ( 5255,5256,5284,5298,5299 and 5300).
The tricky question is how many Bristol 400 Zagatos that were made? No 186, 190, 412 and 568? They were converted in 1960? from old Bristol 400s.
