I don't usually do this but I'm looking for something else and have found that this is the Monaco MG built by the late Peter Monkhouse on a 1939 MG TB chassis.
That's what Chiltern Cars of Leighton Buzzard claimed in 1955 -  a few years later I fell out with one of their descriptions so who can tell?

That's the right answer because that's where I obtained the puzzle photo. Built by Monkhouse's Monaco Engineering and still around today.
