Below is all the information regarding this car so far, to summarize and bring the topic up to date:

This was marketed on builders website (defunct since at least 10 years) as a complete car without an engine or as a kit car.

It was build in USA, in Nevada in 21st century (my source is after 2000)
It was designed to accomodate Chevy Corvette V8 engine
