Available as a kit or complete turn-key car, but I believe this is the only one to have been built to date (unsurprisingly!).

Well it's not currently on the road in the UK - as the MIB database doesn't have it on record.

Most likely, yes. I don't think he built any vehicles that were sent overseas. But it does share one curious styling element with one of his "cars".
