What is this called please for a point?
the swiss tiny ?
Not The Swiss Tiny!
On the up...
...and on the up again...
Italian?
any relation to Tici?
No TiCi relation, but not 100% certain of its country of origin, but 99% sure that it is not Italian.
Perhaps German?
As I say, I'm not 100% certain of the country of its origin, but do not believe it to be German.
Could it be from Eastern Europe?
As I've said, I'm not totally certain where it is from, but suspect that it is not East European.
Electric powered?
I don't know much about this car, it might be part electric, but I don't believe it is fully electric.
No word on this one for many months, so off to the Black Hole very soon!
Into the BH.
the only question I have ,is it a 3-wheeled kit car?
Don't know very much about this one. I believe that it was a 3-wheeler, but not sure if it was sold in kit form or not.
It's Electra Crif, an urban vehicle electric powered built at Crif-Liege in 1977-78
This electric powered city car was built in the CRIF-Liege in 1977-1978 as part of the Walloon projects on alternative energy.
Propulsion is provided by a DC electric motor 5 HP 48V front-mounted.
The engine is assisted by a pedal located in front of the passenger of the vehicle in order to prolong the lifetime of the vehicle.
The transmission of movement to the front wheel is provided by a gimbal system and a sliding shaft of variable length.
The engine control is electronic and braking is regenerative. The vehicle now no longer exists.
I would guess built in walloonia, looking at the info provided so far?

Well done Oguerrerob, this is the Electra Crif, so two points for you for this long-term BH puzzle.
I am going to keep this puzzle open though as the Crif was also known by another name, which I the name I am still looking for. So...?
This other name can be found on line?
The other name could be found on-line when I originally posted this puzzle eight years ago, but I've just researched it again now and can't find any mention.
Another picture
From the homepage of Benoit Michel, the builder of the Crif Electra:

This electric-powered urban vehicle was built at CRIF-Liège in 1977-1978 as part of the Walloon alternative energy projects.
Propulsion is provided by a 5 HP, 48-volt direct current electric motor mounted at the front.
The motor is assisted by a pedal assembly located in front of the vehicle's passenger to extend the vehicle's range.
Power is transmitted to the front wheel by a cardan shaft system and a variable-length sliding shaft.
The motor is electronically controlled, and the braking is regenerative. The vehicle no longer exists.)
I don't think Djetset will come back. From time to time I try to persuade both him and Quiller to come back, but neither of them are interested. Additionally Djetset has health problems :(
Sad to hear that.

Very sorry to hear about this. :(
If Quiller isn't coming back, would either you or Wendax care to look into this thread (https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/the-black-hole/q139/)?
Done :)
