Was it The Aesthete Constructors Ltd? I may be wrong about this.

It seems that in 1965 or so there was a corner of coachworks/special building  that made estate car conversions of sportscars.
I had the Daimler SP250 equivalent which was on AP a while ago, but have no idea who did it:

Well spotted Wendax!  I did read that (mercifully) this Austin-Healey was returned to its original format, which is a relief for us all  :)
