My source (Metternich) was wrong about the second car. It was built by Walter Wartenberg from Valdorf. This time I can prove it, see below. As I didn't get a point for my wrong identification last time, I think I've earned the one (or rather two) this time.

Nice find! After 4 years I really can't say I gave you the point back then or not ("1 point is gone" is what I wrote and oko94 received his) but this solves the matter.
