No. To save you time, I'm not certain that finding this car's chassis will really help you to correctly identify the car, but...

I wonder if that bonnet ornament means anything..
Is it named after a fast big cat, like Panther or Leopard or something?

This car was seen at 2016 Stoneleigh National Kit Car Show, but tagged as "2015 Stoneleigh National Kit Car Show" (No further info)
