Although I've got no technical details, I'm very certain that it was not built on a VW chassis.

He must have been in a hurry to move it, because this photo of the same address 2 years later shows a brand new housing block, which still stands today.

I have no knowledge of a vanderbrink from that era. Also I have no other information than the builders name, address and the date it was published in a newspaper.
