I don't know the year, the Fiat 1900 part is correct, coachbuilder is wrong.

Here is the only picture of a Fiat 1900 coupe by Vignale that I could come up with.  It isn't a broadside view, but I think it is the same car as shown in the puzzle drawing.[attachimg=1]

I don't think it's the same car:

- The front treatment looks different
- The puzzle has an integrated sloping trunk and is a '2-box car' while the photo looks more like a '3-box car' with separate trunk
- The rear fender present on the drawing is absent on the pictured car
- ...
