Are you sure it is a 4 wheeled vehicle, it looks more like 3 in this picture. Unless it has a very narrow rear track?

No, it was just one builder. There's nothing unusual, just that it was self built.

I think it's just two ways to solve this one, to find it (Fb group page, that I can't remember which) or working on the words.
