Though this one looks a tad older than 90s.
It was in production in the early 1990s. And it is special in a way that there is no info on this car online (except the Chinese book I downloaded from the net). I don't have my Polish Samochody Swiata catalogues put together by Robert Jablonski at hand, so he may have featured it.
