Is it special in any way? Or is it one of the hundreds of stationwagon/SUV/pick-up creations that proliferated across China in the 90s?

Though this one looks a tad older than 90s.

It was in production in the early 1990s. And it is special in a way that there is no info on this car online (except the Chinese book I downloaded from the net). I don't have my Polish Samochody Swiata catalogues put together by Robert Jablonski at hand, so he may have featured it.

you have one piece of the puzzle :) The model code is SYL1020. But it had its own brand name, which was not identical to the name of the manufacturer! Best of luck with the research
