While it didn't fly as such, it did kind of 'float'

The idea was to stop furrowing the soft ground when spraying.

I asked someone at the museum about this "machine" and was told that it's a snowmobile-type machine, probably homebuilt, and probably quite old, I get the feeling that no one at the museum really knows much about it...
(I don't think this is the puzzle car)
