the year is not 1950 : I think that there is no relation between truck and products on the roof

I've found the spot where is parked the car. "Facciata Padiglione dei vini e liquori d'Italia, Fiera di Milano"
I think the years must be between 1936-40. It has painted in dark color for the Fiera Campionaria 1941. If I'm not wrong, it didn't survive the WW2

It appears to be set up as a caravan vehicle for the Giro d'Italia. Spend enough time reviewing prewar (1932-40) photos and footage of the Giro d'Italia, and you will probably find this little truck weighed down with people and chugging along behind the cyclists, amidst a number of similarly equipped vehicles.

I've found the original picture the data is 1940 and  tagged as Autoveicolo pubblicitario della ditta Pino di mobili metallici 1940 Milano Italy. I think it could be a Fiat Balilla 1100 (508 C)
