For one point, please respond and identify this car. You have to prove it, because I don't know what it is.

The cooler mask reminds me of a Sandford cycle car.

Nice paint scheme, but no more ideas...

It has a German numberplate, that is all I know about it.

Could it be Finnish? I vaguely recall some Finnish sports special looking (according to the image in my head) more or less similar. No chance I would find it right away here, though, but I believe I could have marked it in my files at home. Might be completely wrong, though.

I am quite sure that it has a German numberplate (IS = Province of Hanover).
