Any ideas?

Pictured outside Woolton Hall (which is currently on fire) in Liverpool, England, presumably shortly before WWI.

Wow - this one reminds me of several c 1911-1914 streamlined Brooklands racing cars.
I have photos of Argyll, Belsize, DFP, Singer (Bunny) and Vauxhall racing cars that fit in this category but had no direct hit.
I really hope someone will find out more about this daily driver race car.
However as you can see some the distinguishing elements also at this 1912 Rolland Pilain I hope someone will know it.
