I took this photo in 2008 when I visited the Mercedes Museum.
It shows a Mercedes L4500 truck and the caption said it was from Italy.
IMHO the left sign "(Indu)striales S.A."
is connected to Spain or South America rather than to Italy.
Does anybody have an idea or proof about the coachbuilder?
Two observations:
1. Regarding the truck, "ENASA" (Empresa Nacional de Autocamiones S.A., manufacturer of Pegaso trucks and buses) appears across the lower portion of the Mercedes logo on the door of the truck.
2. Regarding the location, the signage at the right (for a shop that cuts and sells glass & crystal) appears to be in Catalan. The architecture resembles Barcelona, but I haven't positively identify it as such.

1 > I think you are right!
2 > this is highly possible
Thank you.
