I am quite sure this car was posted here before. "Malolitrazni Automobil" just means small car.

This car was published in colours by some guy called 'mrscharroo'. Tagged as

Jan de Lange's book Microcar stories includes the same photograph taken "at a trades fair in Zagreb", "September 1949". 5hp engine and a top speed of 60 km/h. "Nothing was heard of it again after the show".
