How about this one? It's right-hand drive and carries a British 1961 registration. It seems to be rear-engined given the lack of grille at the front, and the details suggest a very professional product... Any ideas?

I would exclude not the Renault 4CV as its technical basis here.
A wonderful car  - I hope it will be identified.
