Hard to identify (at least for me), so it starts already as Professional puzzle.
It comes from a neglected part of a famous Italian photograper's archive, among the "unsorted" pictures.
Any help to identify it?

That front end should be a giveaway if anyone has seen it before - front drive using a shaft down the swivel of a cart-lock steering - but I have no recollection of it.
My first thought was electric, but in that case why bother with the shaft drive when motors in the wheels would be easier so probably not electric.
Opinionated but sometimes wrong

I agree with you.
One clue could be that on the side there is written "LA TRIBUNA" that should be an Italian newspaper. But not sure the car was actually Italian.

Ready for the black-hole... any idea before moving it?

I've studied the picture, but no idea nor the car nor the location: La Tribuna is a newspaper from Treviso but also a bookshop from Milan (I don't know if it exist in that period) and a newpaper from some locations in Spain

I think it's the newspaper published in Rome (http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/La_Tribuna), that was one of the major italian ones in the early XX Century (probably one of the few big enough to own motor delivery vans in a period that we can exstimate between 1890-1905).
But unfortunately this doesn't help to identify the car...
