Not me.  It looks VW-based though.
Perhaps a scrapyard is the best place for it..!

But what's an Opel GT doing in a scrapyard?  How could they?!

I think it was asked elsewhere too. It is, from what I understand, an old VW with a Porsche-style kitcar body, apparently Dutch-made.
