Title: grob november 2012 mystery (02)
Post by: grobmotorix on November 10, 2012, 03:14:14 AM
I only have rudimentary information about this car: Denmark, Kopenhagen 1940

Proove your guesses and this could be your point.

Don´t ask for help from my side, because I simply will not know anymore facts...

I think, most possibly this is a kind of pedal-driven car.

Beiing a keen fan on pedal propelled cars this little bugger has stuck in my mind from the very first it showed here. I have seen this picture (maybe in my own archive ...). And I have some info on it ... somewhere ...

Finally I found the photo. But it didn´t state any name in particular, it only mention it as a cycle car shown at a exhibition in  Copenhagen Aug 27 1940. But that has already been said here. I´ll keep looking!

Best Regards

I doubt the builder's identity will ever come to light. Here are additional images captured by photographer Sven Türck, who passed away in 1954. Unfortunately, it seems Mr. Türck did not record the names of the pedal car builders/owners who were present on that day.
