I think I should know it but I don't.
The closest similarity I found is a Fiat 1500 convertible by Bertone, but my unidentified car seems to be bigger.

One more picture with a more detailed look at the front wheel. Can anyone identify the hubcab emblem?

Is the license plate a Romanian one? From Sibiu (Hermannstadt)?
