This was posted onn IMCDB a while ago and intrigigued me. I don't know if anyone there solved it, but thought it would be of interest here too. From an early 1950s Italian newsreel, I believe. Any ideas?
Fantastic pictures!!! I know this car, it's a belinetta built by Ala d'Oro. I'll be back soon!
Edoardo Coletti Perucca Sonio, took a Fiat 1100 chassis and had it bodied by Ala d'Oro in 1948. He raced with it at the '48 Giro Automobilistico dell'Umbria (and you can see just a tiny part of it behind a Benedetti). It was powered by a Lancia Aprilia engine. In 1950, the chassis was changed and the new "berlinetta" was now capable of seat 6 persons.
