I've posted this on a couple of other well-known websites, with no real response. The white open car has a Cord-like frontal treatment, but is much smaller. The Duncan Drone comes to mind, but they had more basic bodywork and cycle wings.

Any idea?
I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia
