Not Spanish although it is European

Well, I don't have a name for it, but a year. In the only source book of mine where it is mentioned, it is called an unknown Portuguese microcar from 1960. So I hope I can put a name to it soon.  :)

woodinsight

It is from 1960 but it's not Portuguese

Not Andorran.
It's from a well-established European car producing country but the image was taken in Portugal.

Wendax

Must have come a long way then. Next try: Italy.

woodinsight

Not Italy I'm afraid

Wendax

Did it come all the way from Germany?

woodinsight

I know little about this three-wheeler except its name, nationality and the year it was built.
We've established that it's German although it is shown in Portugal.

The name I have is two words (7 letters and 6 letters).
The first one doesn't sound appropriate for this car - more a term familiar in railway usage.
The second one ends in 'o'

Wendax

Is the first word Pullman?
