By the way, I don't have much information on this vehicle. I know what it was called, I have a good idea of when and where it was built, and I know what it is being used for in the puzzle image. Provide that much and the point is yours. I will gladly give an additional point to anyone who can identify the builder (with proof) or provide more detailed information about the vehicle itself.

It's the Cyclops, from Wilmington Delaware, around 1945. That lady is Elmer Paris.
