Unknown accident car

Does anyone know which vehicle is shown here (no, not the Mercedes)?

I guess it is a homemade body on a prewar chassis. As the Mercedes-Benz has a West German number plate, I'd say it is from Western Germany as well.

Now I think it's a Stadtherr Farmer.
Can anybody merge with Solved: Wendax 4269 - Stadtherr Farmer?

I don't think so.  The accident car has completely different fenders with integrated headlights, its wheels aren't VW wheels either (rather DKW or Opel).
