Any ideas on this one? Going by the Swiss number plates I was thinking about a Beutler body but can't find a matching car.

Looks Italian to me--Fiat by an Italian coachbuilder (like Riva).

As an example, compare the overall lines to this Moretti. (I am not saying it's a Moretti.)

In my mind, it looks like a French chassis, maybe Panhard or Rosengart..
