Can't say what it is so far, but why do you think it's from 70s? Looks rather mid to late 60s to me.

I also think that the car was constructed till 1970.

Ah..clear, I was just thinking that picture name was given by you - it suggests 70s.

I suppose it's Zolder. Also a Glas in the background might be aclue. If there was a racing number on the car, it could help very much, but there's none. Not even sure whether it's a race or some sort of gathering

The sponsoring at the back is of radio maker SBR (Société Belge Radio-Electrique) so I believe it is a Belgian circuit.
