That's it. The three were hired by Buick to promote their three car lines (Le Sabre, Invicta and Electra) for 1959. At the Detroit Auto Show, they were snapped making their opinions known about the Cadillac division's Series 62. A funny impromptu staging, I'm sure GM never sanctioned this one. A point for neilshouse for identifying the triplets (by their stage names), and a point to guido66 for answering the second half of the question posed. Was the answer right under your noses? Well, sure - sometimes these puzzles are as simple as they seem.
