What's this? Who built it? When? What was its donor? A point is on offer for a complete answer.

Nope, AFM wasn't Austrian

Those look like Fiat 500 wheels so perhaps it was based on that.
Although Steyr had a Fiat licence post-war, I doubt they had one before as their 50 was in the same part of the market, so I can't say who might have made this.
Opinionated but sometimes wrong

pnegyesi

Yes, the donor was a pre-war Fiat Topolino

faksta

Aargh!!

I think I know the source (I've finally purchased this little brochure), but I don't have it here with me  :-\

pnegyesi

You don't know the source :) The picture is not from that brochure, but it is featured in that brochure...

It is featured there as Pracak-Suller Topolino Rennwagen, but it is clearly a nominal name, as with many old racing cars.
Allan has already said it is based on a Topolino. Built by J.Pracak in 1949, body by Oskar Suller.

Correct. My photo is from Austro-Motor. Based on a Topolino "Testadoro" 570 cc. 400 kg.

Who knows this car?

1 point for the right basis car (easy) and the correct name I want to hear (not so easy)...
