A policeman in Tallinn built this automobile, which was featured in two separate newspaper articles in 1976.
It took three years to build this car, which is powered by a ZAZ-969 engine at the rear. Doors are unconventional: upon entry and exit the roof rises up, forming a large opening. Body is made from fiberglass and reinfored all over. Headlamp covers are made of 5 mm thich plexiglass. MAx speed 150 km/h

Thanks for a summarizing translation :)

I add a second picture in better quality and a picture which probably shows the remainings of it (I'm a little bit doubtful about that).

Plasmobil (Пласмобиль) by Artur Misovskiy (Артур Мысовский). Built in Estonia in 1970 (Arunas's source) or 1976.

That's clearly the car, although I didn't know the builder's name.
I had the name as Aiar, which is the name written on the stripe, like Ford on the GT40, of which it's meant to be a replica of course...
Since it's a clear re-post and as such shouldn't have been promoted to the Experts I'm going to solve it without any points being awarded.  Sorry.
