A policeman in Tallinn built this automobile, which was featured in two separate newspaper articles in 1976.
It took three years to build this car, which is powered by a ZAZ-969 engine at the rear. Doors are unconventional: upon entry and exit the roof rises up, forming a large opening. Plasmobil (Пласмобиль) by Artur Misovskiy (Артур Мысовский). Built in Estonia in 1970 (Arunas's source) or 1976.

That's clearly the car, although I didn't know the builder's name.
I had the name as Aiar, which is the name written on the stripe, like Ford on the GT40, of which it's meant to be a replica of course...
