Where is the next racetrack?

For one point, please respond and identify this car, its builder and the year of creation.

Yes, it is. The car was driven at the Hamburg Stadtparkrennen in 1938.

Another point for you.

Looks pretty short to be a K3 and in particular not much sign of a supercharger between the dumbirons.
Bet it had bigger wheels and slimmer tyres then, though!
Opinionated but sometimes wrong

The site on which I found indicated it might be based upon a K2. There is very little info on this car that I've been able to find.

Not much detail on the interweb but Mölders is credited with MG N and T specials. Both N and K2 would have the same wheelbase as the K3 (7'10"3/16 = 2.392m) and the site from which the photo came says 2.388m so perhaps it's the little wheels/big tyres than make it look short to me.  The T type at 7'10" isn't much different really but it is 2.388m.

This special was built by Heinz Theodor Mölders using a MG TA chassis, which he supplied with a MG NA six-cylinder engine. This is basically the same engine as in the K3, but without supercharger. The body was built by Andreas Basler. I'll correct the title.
