A not too pretty streamliner (and probably not a period one) for my number 401.

I knew this one but can't add anything on what's in that (well known) source...

As I said  (I hadn't seen it on the same source) it was unknown to me. So worth 2 points.
Still, we'd like to know when it was built.

Hmmm.. Some re-posts seem to be OK but not others..

In that case it's merged but I'll add that I believe it was built in 1951 since the question was asked first time around.   Horsetrader Ed was apparently a San Francisco car dealer.
