No, it's more like a sportscar

I must be right - that's what it says on Wikipedia

It's a Roadster but the name is not related to the shape. The middle part of the name are related (I guess) to the size of the engine. Xxxxxx xxxx XX

It looks like this car been on AP before,it was known as (Colson VW Special by Laurent Colson)-1951,it mentions the factory was located in Liege,Belgium. This car was designed for the Automotive Salon in Brussels in 1951.Laurent Colson designed several other cars going from sport cars to ambulances. It doesn,t mention any further information.

I have my doubts that "Enigma 3000 GT" is the name given by Laurnet Colson. It looks like a recent addition to an old photograph to me.

Merged.

This is actually the third time it has been puzzled, but something is a bit odd because the original puzzle was set by Allemano yet the title to it states 'NEH 2444'!
Don't know what's happened there...

When you merge two puzzles you can choose which title the merged topic shall have. I guess whoever merged these two thought your description in the title to be more appropriate.

I agree.

I've found this picture in a Facebook group (where are some Autopuzzles members), and brought it here. Maybe the named is added, I don't know.

Never heard about that name, and cannot find any relation, why this car should be named '3000 GT'...The word 'Enigma' (Greek αἴνιγμα aĆnigma) means in its translation 'riddle', 'puzzle', 'mystery'.... may be this curious name will still stay here as a mystery????????????
