Okay, let's put an end to this. All facts are laid out. The truck was a 1938 Phänomen Granit 25 which received its bodywork by Westfalia in 1948. One of the reasons was the scarce availability of hotel rooms back then. So this one can be called Westfalia's first campervan which would mark the 75th anniversary of Westfalia campervans this year.
