It looks like a 1948-ish Fiat Topolino on a different car's chassis, perhaps one front engine, one rear.

Yes, you're right this is a Fiat 500 but not from the Italian Fiat. According to the pictures it seems that has 2 engines (front and back) I don't know for sure. About the chassis must be 1940's ( I don't have the date), but the car was built much later.

What do you mean by this? The images clearly show the same car, in the exact same location, position, time of day, etc.
