1951-54 W186 Typ 300 (A) Adenauer, by Hermann Techau?  It's not a 300 B, C, or D because it has no vent windows in the front doors.

Marmer is right, it is a Mercedes-Benz W186 Typ 300. I don't have a year of manufacture, but based on the front windows, I also think it's a 300 a.
Now all that's missing is the coachbuilder. It's neither Techau nor Pollmann.
