I came to Holden because of the yellow flashing lights. In my opinion, the puzzle car does not belong to the KAD series either!
A US model for export?

Not a US model for export, have a second thought!

Well then, maybe an Opel after all. Station wagon or ex-hearses from the KAD series A.

Yes, locked for you to find the coachbuilder.

Yes, just add which one of the KAD models this one is and which kind of body Miesen made, and the point will be yours.

This is an ambulance based on an Opel Kapitän. On our trusted coachbuilder's site there is also a PickUp based on Opel Admiral from 1965.
Miesen was founded in Bonn in 1870, since 1905 the focus has been on ambulances. Ambulances, emergency ambulances, mobile clinics, up to large-capacity ambulances based on omnibuses (btw: the German abbreviation for this is the tongue-twister GrKrKw).
But also hearses are part of the programme (a bit macabre, as if you don't trust your own ambulances...), light fire engines, station wagons and various special vehicles.

Yes! One more point for you.

PS. And where did that great coachbuilding site get that information about the Admiral pickup from? Naturally from here: https://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/new-board/tgf-a11  ;D

Thank you for the point and the interesting photos.
Well, AP is just everywhere
