Here's a little game that I have played on other sites that is quite enjoyable, although I seem to be one of the few people who thinks so.... ::)

It's called By The Numbers and it goes like this. Someone, in this case me, puts up a photo with a transportation related theme. Pictures of cars are preferred, but once we get above 10,000 it gets harder to do that!   :lmao: In the picture, there has to be a number that is one higher than the last one posted. The number must be PART OF THE PICTURE, not PhotoShopped in afterwards. And screen shots aren't allowed either.

So, let me get this ball rolling. If  there are no responses  within a week, I will take that to mean that there is not interest in this bit of serial sililiness.

Here we go:

For those of you who did poorly in math in grade school, the next number is 2!   :hah:

Though I've been looking for something more extraordinary, I couldn't resist this:

Wow. Good for you, Mike!   :applause: You guys are really getting into this.

Not only can you post up an appropriate photo

But you often come across other pictures in your search that may or may not be related, but just beg to be posted as well!   ;D

Posting of such auxiliary photos is strongly encouraged!    ;D

Ahh....I see your finally tuned sense of humor has not deserted you, sir!   :lmao:

# 9 is still available, fellas!  Step right up!  Form a single line and NO pushing!   :P

Wow! So THAT'S the new Saab 9-5 that may never see production, huh. Looks pretty darn nice, although I might quibble about the funky angle in the rear door glass. There are rumors that GM may badge this car as a Buick and sell it in the US. On the other hand, it looks to be a LOT like the Opel Insignia/Buick Regal GS, so maybe not. Anyway, nice find, PJ!   :applause:

I'm not sure I would want to stick my feet into the nose of this contraption....

I could go a lot further with this one - I have cars with numbers 1 - 56 available.... plus a load of others but I will leave them for others to fill in.

Unless you want me to...

Renault 20

The number is not visible, so I don't know if the Renault counts.  If not:

Number 19 looks like a Kromhout, built in Amsterdam...

That's were the picture was taken...  ;)

DynaMike

Sure, I know the Czaar Peterstraat... But still, a picture of a Kromhout bus or truck is not very common, I'd say. A friend of mine is related to the Kromhout company, he'll be very glad to see this picture  :)
